Mrs. Peterson attended Biola University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in mathmatics. She wanted to be a teacher, but decided to pursue a computer career and worked for Southern California Edison's computer department for seven years.

Several years ago, Mrs. Peterson began volunteering her time as a substitute teacher for BCA. She discovered that she really enjoyed being in the classroom. In 2012, Mrs. Peterson began teaching at BCA full time. Teaching God's truths, weaving various subjects together from a Christian viewpoint, has been her passion over all her years of teaching.

Now that her husband has gone home to heaven, Mrs. Peterson feels a renewed call to serve God by teaching children math and science, but also about the love of Jesus.

Education:  Mrs. Peterson has a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from Biola University.
