2008-2009 Tuition and Fees

  Payment Policy

Tuition payments are made in 10 monthly payments beginning in July of the current school year and ending in May. Tuition is paid directly to the Administrative Office by the 10th of each month. A late fee of $20.00 will be charged for any monthly payment not received by the 10th of the month for which the payment is due. If part of a month is attended, that whole month's tuition is due. Accounts paid after the last day of the month will be charged a $25.00 late fee. Accounts that are two months late will result in the dismissal of the child. If a student enters school after the beginning of the school year, the tuition will be prorated on a monthly basis. No child will be registered for the next school year if all tuition and fees are not current. No report cards or diplomas will be sent to another educational institution while there are delinquent tuitions and/or fees on account. The school principal may, within seven days after due date of the second months of delinquent tuition and fees payment request that the student not be allowed to return to school until the tuition is current.

  Late Tuition Management Process

Late statement with late fees are sent to families who have not paid current month

tuition no later than five working days after the 10th of the current month.

If payment is not received by the end of the current month, a payment is sent that

will include the past due money with the next month's tuition.

Example: September past due tuition must be included with October tuition no

later than the last day of the month.
